They say a lot of Ghanaian Celebrities lie but Diamond does not.

For over 8 years, multiple-award winning Ghanaian musician-Diamond Appiah and now a bleaching cream entrepreneur has been claiming to be a British citizen living in Ghana and therefore has a British passport.

Mostly, she makes this claim when people allege she was deported from UK some years back for fraud and shop lifting. She once boldly responded  to this allegation from Ghana’s biggest and leading celebrity website-GhanaCelebrities.Com, saying, “how can someone with a British passport be deported.”

Since having been in Ghana for almost a decade now, Diamond Appiah has never stepped a foot in the UK—and considering Ghanaian celebrities’ obsession with flying to UK; mostly just to take photos and post on social media for their fans to see them ballin, ScrewLife.Com suspected there was something interesting with Diamond’s British citizenship claims.

So we reached out to her last week and asked if she really has a British passport—quickly she said; “yeah, what’s your problem.”

Diamond Saying She Has A British Passport

To her face, we told her we believe she is lying and has been lying to Ghanains for a long time so if she really has a British passport why don’t she prove us wrong—we are ready to buy her a plane ticket for a 3-day stay in London.

Suddenly, she turned pink, let’s say yellow—and said, that’s a waste of her time because she is a busy woman. However if we will get her a business class ticket on China Airlines to London, then she would make the travel.

Quickly, we pointed it out to her that China Airlines do not fly from Ghana to UK but British Airways does. She then said; “oh they must have stopped. All the good airlines have stopped flying from Ghana to UK.”

We didn’t want to get into any long airline conversation with her so we simply said-YES and soon, we all agreed on a date. It was a struggle for us to get her a business class ticket; that is damn expensive—these Ghanaian celebrities who constantly fly business must really be loaded to be affording this as if it’s some hot pure water.

Anyway, Diamond left for UK on Tuesday night with British Airways; BA29740—and when she got to UK and tried to use UK’s self-service machine at Heathrow Airport, perhaps an attempt to dodge a human interaction, the machine started making a loud noise.

Immigration officers approached her and the obvious was detected, Diamond Appiah’s so called British passport was said to be fake—she was detained for a few hours and put back on the next available plane to Ghana.

Two of our correspondents in London waited for 5 hours at the Airport, counting those coming out—without Diamond showing her beautiful natural face. Later, we were told; home girl was under detention and was heading back to Ghana.

Now, the terms of the bet was; if she gets deported, she has to pay ScrewLife.Com a specific amount to cover the ticket and hotel reservation made.

Yesterday, Diamond told Peace Fm that, she couldn’t get into UK and was deported because she has not used her British passport for over 8 years so it was deactivated by UK’s passport office.

It looks like we’ve lost the bet and our money.
