The United States Has Finally Accepted that It Created HIV/AIDS to Kill Black People As Part of Its Population Control Program

For many years, the crazy conspiracy theorists and several aliens believing individuals have accused the USA as the creator of the deadly disease-HIV/AIDS—purposely to kill black people within its territory and also in Africa.
In 2013, it was reported that an estimated 24.7 million people were living with HIV, accounting for 71% of the global total just in Sub-Saharan Africa alone.
Last year, there were an estimated 1.5 million new HIV infections and 1.1 million AIDS-related deaths in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Despite the disease killing millions of people each year, there is still no cure—and many have accused the United States capable of finding a cure of not being interested because they created the virus which is largely killing Africans.
According to several reports such as this one on Topinfopost; “in April 1984, Dr. Robert Gallo filed a United States patent application for his invention, the HIV/AIDS Virus.”
It is said that “scientific evidence is complete and compelling, the AIDS Virus is a designer bi-product of the U.S. Special Virus program. The Special Virus program was a federal virus development program that persisted in the United States from 1962 until 1978. The U.S. Special Virus was then added as ‘compliment’ to vaccine inoculations in Africa and Manhattan.”
Accusations like the above have been circulating on the internet for over 3 decades without the United States ever commenting.
But according to a new WHO report; the United States’ government has accepted that the US indeed created HIV/AIDS—as part of the country’s population control.
The USA has therefore apologised and says, it will do all it can to help HIV/AIDS persons, especially in Africa.
But the USA insists that they do not have enough funds to look into cure for HIV/AIDS yet until 2050—therefore, Africans must learn to make good use of condoms.
