Ghanaian Slimming Pills Seller- Cecilia Marfo Arrested in New York for Being too Fat

A woman-Cecilia Marfo who has been selling slimming pills at in New York, USA for over 2 years has been arrested this afternoon by police—for being too fat.

After several complaints from numerous people to the police that the woman has been selling what seems like a normal paracetamol in a golden wrap, and therefore is a fraud—the police visited her well positioned busy kiosk.

Many of the complaints centered around the fact after spending enough cash on Cecilia Marfo’s pills, the complainers remained the same in size—and in most cases, even put on more weight.

On visiting her kiosk, the police came to the conclusion that the woman was a fraud—because, why would the seller of slimming pills be that fat; a clear indication that she does not even use her own pills or it does not work.

When she was interrogated, she claimed she has no intention to loose weight and therefore does not use the pills she sells.

When asked about the constituents of her pills, she said she could not reveal them as that’s a trade secret—and that God revealed to her in a dream the constituents which she hired a company to put together for her.

She has been charged with selling fake and dangerous pills—and for intentional fraud.
