Tigo Bonanza

Tigo Bonanza

Tigo Bonanza has returned—and this time, it has taken an interesting stance, backed by several goodies ranging from free holidays to Dubai and boxes of Postinor 2 for its winners.

As part of the new campaign, Tigo through one of its many agencies called Reliance, in charge of advertisements and human resource has announced that, all Ghanaian women who choose abortion instead of having children who are nuisances and work distractions are to be rewarded greatly.

To effectively measure the would be success of the soon to be launched nationwide Tigo Bonanza, the telecommunication giant has decided to experiment the promo scheme on its staff, those being sourced from their agencies.

These staff have been strictly instructed not to have s*x as part of the promo and that anyone whose libido is astronomically high that they cannot abide by this directive and flaunts it would be given free Postinor 2 and a glass of water—which they would have to take right in front of the company’s female CEO, Roshi Motman.

If for 6 months, any of the staff is able to adhere to this directive, the person would be moved to compete in the grand competition—where the ultimate winner would win a trip to Dubai alongside several boxes of condoms and Postinor 2.

All those who would be unable to make it into the ultimate competition would have to re-apply for their jobs as part of the bonanza campaign—and anyone who would complain will also be instantly dismissed via their agencies.

Speaking to SL, the CEO of Tigo-Ghana stated among other things that, “Tigo prides itself with providing excellent customer service and to achieve this, female staff must be trained and coerced not to have children, else they would go on maternity leave which will create a service gap for the company—and in the long run affect its profit.”

She added that; “apart from the need to provide excellent service, Tigo has realized Ghanaian women give birth as many as pigs, and granting them maternity would ultimately cause the company unwanted staff shortages—as well as cost Tigo a lot of money in maternity pay. And that’s why this staff bonanza has been introduced, which will be later launched across Ghana.”

Tigo says to avoid Ghanaians pointing fingers at the company for discouraging their many births which affect productivity at work, they’ve hired a benign agency to handle this bonanza on their behalf while Tigo reaps all the needed benefits.

The slogan for the campaign is; “Tigo Bonanza, Free Postinor 2 for All”
