President Akufo Addo Will Also Take the FlagStaff House As His Retirement Residence When Leaving Office–Says Kofi Adams
Kofi Adams, NDC’s 2016 Campaign Coordinator has stated that the political class scratches each other’s back–the reason why President Akufo Addo has so smoothly granted President Mahama his request to take the Presidential bungalow at Cantonments as his retirement residence.
According to Kofi Adams, there are plans being laid down for Nana Akufo Addo to also retire with the FlagStaff House, the current presidential residence, which has been renamed as the Golden Jubilee House.
“The citizen can cry as much as they want, the ruling political class will always watch over each other,” Kofi Adams is reported to have said while eating at a Fufu bar on the Spintex road this afternoon.
Ghanaians were angered by ex-president Mahama’s request to take with him to retirement a Cantonments bungalow he used while he was a president—a place meant for the new Vice President.
Shockingly, Akufo Addo is said to have granted this wish–confirming the suspicion of ordinary Ghanaians that, the ruling political class just take care of each other.
