Accra has suddenly run dry of goat, sheep and cattle supply. It is very evident that the sallah celebrations have put the lives of all these livestock at a high risk.

According to the President of the livestock sellers Association of Accra,  this year has been a good year since you can see that Muslim homes in every corner and street in Accra have at least one of each of these livestock.

“We believe that this year has been good hence, the shortage we are experiencing. I wish everyday was sallah.” He said.
