The “Uber Welcome Party”: Kumasi Youth Throw Party Over Uber’s Arrival There

Some youth in Kumasi are over enthused about the announcement of Uber’s extention of operations to the city. As a result, they have formed a group called “Excited Uber Youth In Kumasi” and thrown a party to welcome Uber.

“We are very happy that Uber has finally arrived here. We want to assure them that we will surely patronize but ask for reduction even though the prices are fixed and calculated by miles. The name of the game is bargaining and we are the masters of same.” The President of the group said amidst cheers and applauds from all members.

“We are going to throw this same party every year as far as Uber exists here and comply with our bargaining terms” he added.
