WAEC Orders Universities To Admit Students Who Failed All Subjects
The WAEC on Thursday released the results for this years WASSCE. The percentage of students who passed is nothing to write home about. Over 40% of the students who sat for the examination failed the core subjects.
Universities in the country only admit students who get a grade of A – C6 in the core subjects. Anything beyond this will mean, a student will not be admitted to any tertiary institution. This therefore mean a majority of the students who sat for this years exams will be left to become mainly slay and boas chicks.
The Ghana Education Service, WAEC and Ministry of Education have however decided to prevent this phenomenal from happening. They have decided to all those bad goofs into the universities. They believe it will help the boys and girls in there to get a lot of loose goods to ‘chop’.
In a statement signed by the public relations officer of the Ghana Education Service which we have exclusively cited, the GES stated;
“The ministry of education together with the Ghana Education Service and WAEC have decided to allow the universities to admit all the students who failed. We don’t want to increase the number of slay queens, boss chicks, suckers and blow jobbers in the country. We have therefore decided to allow them go into the university to do it there”.
