EXCLUSIVE: President Akuffo-Addo Runs From Plans To Implement Double Track System
News of the government of Ghana’s plan to implement a double track system at senior high school level have made the headlines throughout the week. A decision the president Akuffo-Addo led government settled on to help deal with some of the challenges the free senior high school policy is about to face.
However, the big news this afternoon, which is exclusive to your most authoritative blog, screwlife.com is that, president Akuffo-Addo has suspended the decision.
President Akuffo-Addo after a very crucial meeting with cabinet ministers angel Obinim, evangelist Addai, Rev. Opambour, Rev. Owusu Bempah and council of state members Hassan Ayariga, Asiedu Nketiah and a few came to this decision after the meeting.
The deputy minister of communication, Mr. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah explained why the government decided to suspend the plan. He made the point that the president decided to suspend his decision largely as a result of the pressures from the NDC’s general secretary, Mr. Asiedu Nketiah. Mr. Oppong stated that the general secretary threatened a one man naked demonstration, which the president didn’t want. The president therefore decided to rescind his decision.
