If you’ve never come across any Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) worker in your entire life before, you probably might think you’re the smartest human on earth; and if you think you are the master of promises, it’s certain you’ve not met ECG’s boss (the god of promises) before.

Amidst the unending power crisis Ghana is facing comes with a lot of fake promises from the Power Ministry, ECG, VRA, GridCo, and the president himself.

Even though ECG promised to end ‘dumsor’ in December, they’ve officially announced that they did not specify the year, implying they did not say December 2015. What a smart move!

A tweet by the organization stated “So many Ghanaians are accusing us of promising to end Dumsor in December. December, yes! But did we specify which year?”

Infuriated PRO shouted on top of his voice “Gentleman, can’t you read simple English? We said December but we intentionally didn’t add any year. You think we are fools eh. We will definitely end it in one of the Decembers so don’t worry”
