Gifty Anti

TV personality and strong advocate of marriage is not the measure of a woman’s success-Gifty Anti who recently married and had since been talking about her marriage endlessly is pregnant, we’ve learnt.

Not long ago, Gifty Anti, 45, got married to Nana Ansah Kwao and became the proud bearer of the all important name-Nanayere—at a grand ceremony which was covered by every media house in the world, including North Korea’s state television-Won Chong TV.

Before and after the wedding, many Ghanaians who were jealous of the fact that at long last Gifty Anti was getting all what she wanted in life and had been fasting and praying for, for several decades mischievously started asking if she would be able to give birth at her age.

As if all that there is to marriage is a baby—same way Gifty told us that not all that there is to a woman is marriage.

According to ScrewLife.Com sources close to Gifty Anti, Nanayere is extremely happy and has been rejoicing since her doctor told her she was 3 days pregnant.

Apparently, Nana is equally happy though he was not expecting the baby this quick—since he had a lot packaged for her new wife.

The couple is said to have already picked a name for the baby:  they are sure it will be a girl and she will be called Nanaba.

Confirming the news to Peace Fm, Gifty said “Glory be to God. I serve a living God who has demonstrated that He is the greatest—and now, all my enemies and bad wishers will bow their heads in shame.”

She continued “I am a living biblical Sarah: what God did for Sarah, He has proudly done it for me.”

We are also told Nana and Nanayere intend to have their baby outside Ghana—somewhere near Syria, a place said to be the holy land where Abraham and Sarah lived during their biblical era.
