Ghana-for-sale

Considering Ghana’s increasing economic problems and power crisis alongside its uncurbed corruption—and the fact that there is no hope of a better of tomorrow, ten patriotic Ghanaians have decided to sell Ghana on eBay through the website’s bidding system.

For these Ghanaians, the incumbent government can not in anyway put Ghana back on the road to sustainable development and the opposition party which used to be their only hope has all of a sudden become useless.

Therefore, the only plausible option is to sell the country to any business man or entity interested in buying a corruption rotten country—with the strength to make something out it.

ScrewLife.Com contacted Owusu Afriyie, one of ten Ghanaians who went through the pain and decision to place the country on eBay for sale–and he said “look, Ghana is a useless country as things stand. There’s nothing left in this country for the citizens, not even hope for a better tomorrow. Our leaders are completely selfish and do not care about anyone except their overflowing pockets.”

He added “the only way out of this crisis is to sell Ghana out to someone who can take charge and re-structure things. We had an initial bid from China but they later removed the bid, saying, they thought it was Guyana which was for sale. And that they are not interested in Ghana which is a dead country with no prospects of restoration.”

According to Owusu Afriyie, when Ghana is sold which he does not think any sensible business man would want to buy, they intend to share the money among the citizens—and then the citizens can decide either to travel with their share of the money or stay behind under the new buyer’s leadership.
