4 Easy Ways to Make It to Heaven As A Christian | Number 4 Will Blow Your Mind
The dream of every Christian is to be saved by God on the final Day of Judgment. As we are made to believe and understand from infancy, there exist two distinct groups on Earth and every human being belongs to one of these two groups.
While one of the groups consists of righteous people who are bound to have eternal life and enjoy in heaven, the other group is made up of recalcitrant individuals who will make hell their permanent home – with Satan as their front-runner.
Based on several accounts we’ve heard from various religious leaders who haven’t been to hell before but know exactly what will take place there, we are all tempted to buy our tickets and book our seats in the heavenly flight.
Today, ScrewLife.Com brings you four hassle-free ways to make it to heaven if you are a Christian.
- Do not work; Go to church every day. In fact, the Bible, at Matthew 6:24, states that “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. Since God is a jealous God, it will be in your own interest to skip wok and spend all your time at church.
- Give all your hard-earned money to your priest. According to Proverbs 3:9, all humans must honor the LORD with their wealth, especially the best part of everything they produce. This is as simple as ABCD. Even though God does not live with us, he has representatives here on Earth – pastors. They are in a better position to forward your possessions to Him on your behalf so don’t worry, keep giving your hard-earned money to them and heavenly life will be your portion.
- Confess your sins to another sinner & you’ll be free. For a fact, this is one of the simplest ways to make it to heaven as a Christian. We all are sinners but James 5:16 makes us understand that if we “confess our sins to each other and pray for each other, we may be healed from our sins.” Being healed from our sins means we are righteous, therefore, we have full access to heaven.
- Repent on the day you know you’ll die. Among all the five ways, this is the easiest. God is a very merciful God so He does not keep account of our wrongdoings. You’ve heard of the criminal who was next to Jesus on the cross right? He sinned for all his life but on the very day he was about to die, he repented – and bingo, he was saved. This is a perfect example for all of us to emulate. Keep sinning but remember, whenever you feel sick and think you might pass on, just repent.
