New Research Says Eating Beans in the Afternoon Makes Women to Grow Facial Hair
There’s an increase in the number of Ghanaian women growing facial hair—which goes a long way to affect their self confidence.
Apparently, shaving these hair off is a disaster for more to grow and this has placed so many women, both old and young in a confused state as to what do with their facial hair.
While some have said facial hair on women is as a result of hormones which they are born with, a new research has stated that, certain foods women eat give rise to specific hair hormones that cause the facial hair.
According to a study conducted by Ghana’s Health Institute, a body that studies the well-being of women, certain foods such as Beans when eaten in the afternoon produce specific male hair growing hormones, the cause of the increasing facial hair among many Ghanaian women.
The research added that, apart from the fact that eating Beans in the afternoon and evening causes facial hair in women, it is also responsible for the seemingly pregnant stomachs many Ghanaian women are carrying.
Per the lead researcher-Dr. Owusu Anti, Beans has a lot of protein benefits but ideally, it should only be eaten in the morning to give the body enough time to fully digest it.
“When a woman eats beans in the afternoon or evening, the person does not grant enough time for absolute digestion before bed time—and this leads to bloating stomachs and facial hair,” he said.
The research recommended that, Ghanaian women should stay a little away from eating beans all the time—especially in the afternoons and evenings.
