Featuring Kumawood’s hottest actor-Kwaku Manu, the now booming Ghanaian industry has released a new thriller-like and thought-provoking movie, ‘Akonfem Wedding Part 1&2’ and it is set to break the box office.

The movie which is set in Kumasi also features Vivian Jill, the wife of Kwaku Manu whose special wedding revolves around a particular Akofem-guinea fowl.

According to Kwaku Manu, ‘Akonfem Wedding Part 1&2’ is the most challenging movie he has ever worked on—and when asked why, he explained;

“More than ten times on set, the special akofem kept running away when I had to chase it and capture it as the script demands. We bought about 12 akofems for this particular movie as they kept flying away anytime we released them for the wedding scene.

The film which was released today is also tipped to win multiple awards by the end of the year and it was directed by Akrobeto.
