We Won’t Take TV License Fees In Nima And Ashiaman; We Can’t Risk The Lives Of Our Workers — GBC Director

In an interview concerning the mode of collection of the TV License fees from citizens on Citi FM, the Director of GBC said that they will take license fees from every corner in Ghana except Nima and Ashiaman,

According to him, these are “high risk areas”.

“We cannot risk the life of our workers by allowing them to go to Nima and Ashiaman to take TV License fees. We need all our workers alive and safe. If people from these neighborhoods want to pay their TV license, they can come to our offices. We won’t dare to chase them.” he said

“For the others, we will be at your doorstep in the morning, afternoon and evening” he concluded.
