Since mid-day, there has been a complete shortage of Viagra and condoms as Kwahu in the Eastern region of Ghana—a place which has become the Ghanaian Easter funfair spot, with s*x being one of the ultimate attraction and notorious Easter festivities of the place.

According to a 34-year-old Viagra seller-Jennifer Abena Ayiwa, her stock ran out as early as 9am today and when she pulled in emergency stock from her supplier, that also finished within an hour—and since then, she has been looking around to re-stock without any success.

Adoma also told us that, due to the astronomical demand for Viagra since last night, she increased her price from 10 GHS to 30 GHS per a pill but that did not deter party goers who bought her pills in large numbers.

The owner of ‘God is Love’ Chemist also told us that, though he is the largest seller of condoms in the region, his stock has also ran out—and somehow, young area boys are selling single condoms for as much as 5 GHS per one which party goers are not blinking to purchase.

Per information coming from the region, Ghana’s Ministry of Heath has been called on to re-stock the various sellers with condoms and Viagra or expect multiple abortion and outbreak of STDs after the celebration.

Also, prostitutes have doubled their prices over night—and have cancelled all long term sessions, except quickies—with the longest available service going for just a little over an hour for fear of Viagra abuse.
