The World Cup started today with the opening game being Russia vs Saudi Arabia. The Russians beat their Saudi counterparts by 5 goals to nil. Even though that was an overwhelming result, that is not the most shocking event of the day.

Reports trickling in from the CID suggest that Kwasi Nyantakyi has been arrested. According to our sources, he will be charged for “unlawful watching” of the Fifa world cup after he was caught using Ghana’s electricity to power his TV which according to investigations was bought from proceeds of the bribe Anas gave to him.

Even though we are not clear whether he will be granted bail, Kwasi was given the opportunity to speak with his lawyer and the processes are underway.
