Joe Mettle Says Ghanaian Enemies Of Progress Worked Against His 2017 BET Nominations As He Deserves Than Any Ghanaian Artiste
Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year, Joe Mettle has taken a swipe at his haters for not getting nominated at the 2017 BET’s.
According to him, Ghanaians do not like to support their own and he was sabotaged because he is a gospel musician.
“Those Ghanaian bloggers and social media activists who keep writing against me, the entertainment pundits and all those journalists worked against me getting the BET nomination. God knows that I deserve it. I deserve it more than anyone who has been put on the nominee’s list. So why?” He said in an interview with Adom TV.
“These people are demons who do not want to see the work of God progress and I don’t blame them. God doesn’t sell but s*x does. I don’t blame them. The god of this universe has blinded their eyes to seeing the reality and to knowing the truth.” he added.
He went ahead to call the BET an evil awarding event and said that he was happy not to be associated with it.
“The BET is not God sent. All those awarded on it are children of the devil and I thank God I wasn’t involved in this evil activity.”
He made these statements after BET released the list of nominees on Monday evening. Stonebwouy was the only Ghanaian in the list.
