‘Vice President-Kwesi Amissah-Arthur Should Not Be Paid Any Ex-Gratia Because He Didn’t Contribute Anything to Ghana’ Says Kennedy Agyepong
NPP’s member of parliament for Assin Central-Hon Kennedy Agyepong has reportedly said the out-going Vice President of Ghana, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur does not deserve to be paid any gargantuan ex-gratia because he literally contributed nothing to Ghana during his tenure.
Speaking on Oman Fm in Accra, Ken Agyepong who’s admired for his frankness said we should cut the BS as a nation and only reward those who have contributed to the better of the country.
On this, he thinks President Mahama tried his best but Amissah-Arthur was non-existent–as such he does not deserve anything from the state.
In fact, he said the NPP government should even re-evaluate the ex-gratia payments as the amounts are somewhat huge–considering the poor state of the economy.
