Joy Fm Employs Former Ghana Standard Board Chairman-Alhaji Amadu Sorogho to Take Charge of Its Standardizing of Newsfile’s Panellists
Former Ghana Standard Board’s chairman, Alhaji Amadu Bukari Sorogho has reportedly been employed by Multimedia, owners of Joy Fm–and he starts his job immediately, to help standardize panellists who will appear on any of its shows, especially Newsfile.
A few days ago, Newsfile and its host Samson Lardy Anyenini came under attack from members of the political party in power, NPP, after Anyenini said on air that they had turned down two gentlemen the NPP sent to represent them on the political analysis show–because they did not meet their required standard.
The NPP considered this as an assault and insult on their integrity considering the fact that it’s a party of elites and intellectuals.
Joy Fm has since apologized but to ensure that their illusionary standard is well established and maintained, they’ve employed the former standard board’s boss to take charge of profiling prospective people who would want to come and waste their time talking plenty on Joy Fm, to be listened to by unstandardized audience.
