Ekow Micah to Cut Dreads & Smoke 40 Joints As Thanksgiving Offering to JAH for Court Victory

Ace musician Ekow Micah has had his worst moments as a Rastafarian these few. He was first accused of conspiring with one Sarah Kwablah to blackmail Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan.

With that charge still hanging around his neck, he was charged again for the possession of weed and was arraigned before court.

Hearing at the court went on for several weeks with the prosecutor gathering his evidence to drive home his case.

At the final hearing, the prosecutor cross-examined the sister of the accused who was the only witness in relation to how weed was found in Ekow Micah’s room during a police search.

The sister said that a visitor came to look for her brother who wasn’t at home. The visitor decided to wait but requested to be served chilled water.

The witness told the visitor that she had no chilled water in her fridge due to Dumsor. The visitor then asked the witness to buy him chilled water outside the house. On return, the witness found out that the visitor had changed his initial sitting position.  He took the chilled water and left the house.

Seconds later, police personnel raided the house and searched the place the visitor sat only to find rolls of weed stuck in the sofa. The accused was later apprehended. The witness recounted that the visitor was not holding anything when he came into the house.

The prosecutor quickly cut in saying the visitor was holding a mobile phone when he came into the house. This intervention took the judge by surprise and doubted the credibility of the evidence made available to him by the prosecutor.

The judge immediately declared Ekow Micah a free man. With teary eyes, Ekow Micah shouted ‘Jah’ and raised both hands up. S

ScrewLife.Com caught up with Ekow Micah after the verdict to find out how he feels. He said that he is very glad for the victory and that he gives all the thanks to Jah.

He added that he had promised Jah that he would cut his dreads and smoke 40 joints as thanksgiving if he wins his case. Therefore it’s his turn to fulfill his part of the bargain.

The dread-cutting and weed smoking ceremony was supposed to happen yesterday but it has been postponed to next week. This is to allow the barber sharpen his tools very well and fly all the way from Jamiaca to Ghana. And to also allow Ekow to dry his international herb, really well.
