There seems to be an increasing desire to ban Christmas—and to ensure that people actually adhere to the ban, these countries which are known for gross human rights violations set out ridiculousness punishments for those who will break the instituted ban.

Not long ago, ScrewLife.Com reported that one of the countries which detest human rights and has its own conception of human rights as stoning, cutting of fingers and even beheading people for what would not be considered as crimes in most part of the world—has banned Christmas.

And we are talking about Saudi Arabia.

Anyone who breaks the Saudi Christmas ban in a form of celebrating Christmas, singing or playing a Christmas chorus—or even wishing someone a Merry Christmas over the phone or in the person’s sleep will receive 1000 lashes and 10 years prison sentence.

Now, the great nation of Somalia with countless human rights abuses and suffering citizens has also instituted a decree, banning Christmas.

These so called Islamic-states seem to have not heard of human rights—freedom of religion.

If anyone decides not to respect the Christmas ban, Somalia authorities say; No problem—the person can go ahead and celebrate Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ.

But they will note his name down and lock him up and wait till Easter and then crucify the person with Jesus Christ—hoping that the person will resurrect with Christ 3 days after.
