Prez Mahama Spotted at Silverbird Cinema as He Joins Queue to Watch Cartoons | Says He’s Releasing Stress
The presence of President John Dramani Mahama at Silverbird Cinema, West Hills Mall, Thursday evening shocked many people as he joined a long queue to watch cartoons which was been shown at the cinema.
According to sources who confirmed the incident to ScrewLife.Com, workers at the cinema were equally surprised by the presence of Ghana’s most ‘competent’ president because they had not received any announcement about the president’s arrival.
It is understood that the first gentleman of the land arrived at the cinema at 5:00pm, together with his wife, Mrs. Lordina Mahama, and some entourage.
Even though the cartoon movie started showing at 5:15pm, the president, his wife, and entourage got there some few minutes before the start time.
Our sources say the place was under control, with security men guarding the president and barring people from taking pictures of him.
“I heard the president tell the manager of the place he was there to release stress. The president said ruling Ghana has not been easy for him at all. When he hears people insult him, it makes him feel he should step down and hand over the presidency to Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo for him to also experience how difficult it is to rule a country. He said he knows people will insult him for this but he’s still a dead goat – not bothered by insults anymore,” our source narrated.
