D-Black

Ghana’s most talented and sought after rapper-D-Black has stated with overwhelming confidence that, Ghanaians should forget about the Abraham Attah and his Oscars Appearance stardom—because he will make it bigger than this next year by winning the first ever Grammys for Ghana.

Though D-Black says Abraham Attah has done remarkably well, he feels Ghanaians need to reserve some of the attention for his yet to achieve excellence—which will put Ghana on the map even higher.

“I am happy for Abraham Attah and everything he has achieved within this shortest possible time. But the hyping is getting out of hand and some should be reserved for me because I am going to win the Grammys next year for Ghana,” he told KSM on the KSM show.

He added “I have been working hard for many years with little recognition but for this year, I know and I feel it within my spirit and bones that it is happening for me.”

D-Black has had strange musical success; he has been nominated for the BET before but could not win—and once also applied for the One-Way to Mars space programme because he felt Ghanaians did not appreciate his excellent rap talent, but his application was rejected.
