President Mahama

Ahead of next month’s general elections in Ghana, President Mahama has said he has done his best for Ghana and he is certain Ghanaians will look at his great works and work him into power again.

Speaking to a group of supporters in the Ashanti region today, President Mahama said: “Ghana was sinking when I took power and today, we are floating, though not completely stable.”

‘I have done my best and I mean the best any president can do within 4 years, I need another 4 years to complete the good works so far,” he added.

He continued: “God will even vote for me if He had a voter’s ID card because I’ve done my best—more than anyone can do for Ghana.”

Even with unlimited resources at his disposal as an incumbent government, President Mahama does not seem to be at peace and he surely can’t figure out the minds of Ghanaians at this stage—considering the sort of governance and scandal his administration has found itself under in the last 4 years.
