Mensa Otabil

Mensa Otabil, the Board Chairman of Capital Bank, sensing the need to revive the bank when their capital reserves were low consulted his team of prayer warriors from his church, ICGC.

Just as Duncan Williams prayed for the cedi to rise some years ago, these  prayer warriors kept chanting “Let Capital Bank Rise, Let Capital Bank Rise”.

For 6O days, they fasted and prayed but nothing happened. The bank could do nothing but to dance to GCB Bank’s remix of “Taking Over” by Shatta Wale.

So by seeking the face of God after it was taken over, it was realized that for those 60 days, God was on a coffee break. For a thousand years are before God, a day. So for a coffee break, 60 days is not even enough.
