Hanging

Hanging

Two Ghanaians are waiting to be executed by the Saudi Arabian government after they were caught preaching about Christ in a public transport.

Apparently, the two Ghanaians whose names have been given as Timothy Asare and Joshua Owusu thought they were in a Kaneshie-bound trotro so they could do whatever they wanted, forgetting that freedom of religion is severely limited in Saudi Arabia.

According to reports, Timothy and Joshua have been secretly conducting Bible studies with some Muslims in the country. On that fateful day, the two, upon receiving the Holy Spirit, decided to propagate the gospel publicly because they knew God was with them.

Eyewitnesses say Timothy and Joshua, with their Bibles in their hands, started preaching about Christ as soon as they boarded the Mecca-bound bus. As if that wasn’t enough, the two condemned Islam, saying Christianity is the only true religion.

At this time, those in the bus were not only angered by the contemptuous comments by the two. They were also infuriated about the fact that they were making noise, preaching on top of their voices in the bus. The driver of the bus therefore drove to a nearby police station where they reported the gentlemen and were arrested.

Without any reasonable excuse to give, the government has decided to let the law take its course. Our source has told us that the government has already signed their death warrant so the two are waiting to be executed by way of hanging.

At this time, the Holy Spirit that strengthened them to courageously preach in a no-go area is nowhere to be found.
