Facebook BANS Herty Bongreat For Abusing The Word ‘Amen’
Ghanaian gospel musician, Herty Bongreat, has been blocked by Facebook for abusing and misusing the word ‘Amen’ on its platform.
The decision was taken by the founder, Mark Zukerberg, himself when he came across many posts by the musician that ended by encouraging her followers to type amen.
According to Mark Zukerberg, he was not bothered about the fact that Herty Bongreat was using too many Amens on the social networking platform but his concern stems from the fact that none of the things people type Amen to never happen in their lives. This, he said, amounts to public deception and a breach of their terms.
“Last year for example, I saw so many posts by Herty Bongreat which encouraged people to type Amen for miracles to happen in their lives. The whole Facebook staff typed Amen under her post to see the outcome. Till now, none of the things we typed Amen to has happened in our lives. That musician is a crook so nobody should take her serious,” Mark Zukerberg said.
